We are so glad you've decided to stay at The Teal Door. There's just one more thing before you're fully approved and then you can start packing. We ask that you read through and acknowledge the house rules below. They are simple, straightforward and are in place to ensure you have a 5-star experience with us. 1) Check-in is strictly 4pm in order to allow for a thorough sanitizing between guests. Checkout time is strictly 11am for the same reason. Late checkout is subject to a $50 fee per hour up to 2 hours thereafter. If late checkout exceeds two hours, you will be charged the base nightly rate without any discounts applied for an additional day. 2) Your stay at The Teal Door includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry deterrgent and basic toiletries. Additional needs for your stay will be your responsibility. 3) We are animal lovers but currently NO PETS are allowed. Only service animals permitted as per the Americans with Disabilities Act. Unapproved pets will result in immediate termination of booking and $250 cleaning fee. 4) No events permitted. Additional overnight guests may be welcome with an additional fee with a maximum occupancy of 3 overnight guests, including guests listed on original booking. 5) Please respect community quiet time between the hours of 10pm-10am. Excessive noise complaints will result in immediate cancellation of booking without refund. 6) Please do not smoke inside. You may smoke on the back patio. Please make sure there are no windows open which could bring the smoke inside. Kindly dispose of butts in the provided receptacle. Smoking inside or smoking outside near an open window or door will result in immediate termination of booking and $250 cleaning fee. 7) As a courtesy to all of our guests, we may leave consumables such as condiments, snacks, and toiletries. These are free and for you to indulge yourself to your desire. However, it is ultimately up to the guest's discretion to consume these items if they wish. The host is not responsible for any allergies that the guest might have. 8) If you have a concern about any aspect of the property please reach out to us as soon as it's discovered so we can assist you. By addressing the issue with The Teal Door staff and/or Airbnb, you are authorizing us to enter the property with or without your presence to address it to the best of our ability. We will however provide you an estimated time of arrival of our staff member once your concern has been received. 9) Short-Term Stay Only Just a quick note so we’re all on the same page: This property is offered strictly as a short-term stay (under 30 days) — like a hotel or vacation rental — not a long-term rental. Arizona law says guests staying less than 30 nights are considered lodgers, not tenants, so traditional landlord-tenant rules don’t apply. To keep everything clear and simple, please don’t receive mail or packages here and make all payments through Airbnb only. We also don’t allow stays longer than 29 nights without a separate written agreement. Thanks for understanding — this helps protect both of us and keeps everything running smoothly!

Guests will be provided a code to enter the home via keypad. The space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. This property is a duplex. In addition to your own private living space there is a shared laundry room with the tenant next door.. The surrounding area is a residential community and guests are encouraged to explore. Free car & RV parking is available on property, along with EV chargers. Please do not park on the street or in front of the house.
